The resilience index at the heart of the report is calculated based on a weighting of six key discourse topics – employment, housing,
education, sense of security, trust, and mental health. Each of the three sub-regions received a unique resilience score, based on an
analysis of the relative share of each discourse topic out of the six, in that region, alongside an analysis of the intensity of sentiment
associated with each topic.
