The research used both quantitative and qualitative methods to assess resilience in the Western Negev population. Data was collected from 503 respondents via a structured questionnaire (August 28 &#8211; September 8, 2024) and from social media analysis (July-September 2024). The study examined 12 variables, including national and community resilience, individual resilience, hope, stress, PTSD symptoms, and social cohesion, across different community types: cities, kibbutzim, moshavim, and Bedouin communities. &nbsp; Periodic Resilience Index Western Negev &#8211; May 2024 June 1, 2024The resilience index at the heart of the report is calculated based on a weighting of six key discourse topics &#8211; employment, housing, education, sense of security, trust, and mental health.
